        I went to 4 salons in Richmond...

        I went to 4 salons in Richmond and made Bella Rosa my last. I had heard great things so I fully expected to find my dress there and they did not let me down! Phyllis listed to what I said and pulled the perfect dress for me. Once it came in, we did struggle with the fitting but the consultant staff and the alterations staff were patient and helpful. I had about 8 fittings which I was not prepared for, but there were no "add ons" to the alterations fees and they were very kind in dealing with the picky-ness of myself and my mother. There was never a moment when they thought about anything short of perfection for me and my dress! When I had my portraits done, some of the accessories I had purchased had not come in so they let me use the samples that they had in stock.



        Later, my aunt needed a dress to wear to the wedding and they helped her pick one and had a the alterations completed in less than a week!!!



        I am beyond thrilled that I got my dress there and would recommend to everyone that they shop there!

        Wonderful experience!

        I bought my wedding gown from Bella Rosa and loved my experience there! Everyone was so nice and helpful. I went to all the bridal shops in Richmond and this was the only one that asked me how much I wanted to spend. My attendant, Phyllis, was extremely helpful in helping me pick out which gowns to try on. She was very knowledgeable about the gowns they have in stock and what gowns would match my price and preferences. I would definitely recommend Bella Rosa to a friend!

        Nice people, beautiful dresses

        Just wanted to compliment Bella Rosa on a great experience this week, after not-so-great experiences elsewhere in town that made me worry that bridal gown shopping wasn't going to be as fun as I'd hoped. From the moment I walked into Bella Rosa, though, I could tell everyone was friendly. And after I checked in at the reception desk and was escorted into the bridal salon, I was dazzled by their selection of gowns--they line every wall of the huge room and cover just about every possible combination of styles. I've still got almost a year before my wedding, so I haven't made my final call yet, but I know I'll be back at Bella Rosa for a closer look! (And I saw a CUTE cocktail dress on the way out that I may have to go back and scoop up this week for the Strawberry Hill Race!)
