Southern Fryz

NOT FOR A WEDDING HONEY! OMG! I am the bride and I was married three days ago and had to cool off before I wrote a review of "Southern Fryz". Robert and his kids and I mean children are the ones doing the cooking! A teenager and a child! First of all the church lost power and I ran into the kitchen to see if every thing was ok only to discover that it was only the child left alone! Second, I and my mother were promised one thing and delivered something else! Fresh picked, garlic and minced onion green beans...oh please we got water logged barely cooked picked bagged two weeks ago beans! Asked for baby red potatoes...got NASTY turned black half baked half roasted no flavor over grown red potatoes! I was told Robert couldn't find the baby ones any where! Robert? I just bought a mess of them at the store! The fried chicken was COLD as a stone when I got there and my guests told me that it was barely warm when they got to it! I, THE BRIDE, was offered wings.... just wings. Cause that's all I was told was left. Then at the end I ended up donating 6 pans of chicken... Fried chicken was supposed to be served and we got cold some warmish non crispy ok tasting chicken. Salad was also on the menu. My mother has cancer. We asked for NO bagged items because of the chemicals. The lettuce was freshish hunks (not fork ready like we were promised). But Robert put BAGGED veggies in it! We asked for tomatoes and lettuce! The dressing was off the wall brand and we were promised REAL butter... given margarine. The tea was instant and the lemon aide and fruit punch were too sweet even though they were supposed to be sugar free. He had two hired help. The girl was really sweet and nice. She tried her best to please me. The other hired help, well he, well, I cant say anything nice so I wont say any thing at all. Over all I, my husband, and my guests were disappointed. I had to remind my mother that prison orange is not her color cause Robert was not living up to her standards. Robert and "Southern Fryz" maybe ok for company picnics (hot dogs and hamburgers) or an outside party were the beer is a flowin and no one cares what they are eating, but take it from me it was not the best experience in my life! Sorry Robert! I told you I was giving you a chance. I ate only carrots and broccoli and a roll at my own wedding... Please don't ask me for a reference!
