I went to this location because I was in the area, but I won't give them any more of my business. I went in and asked for some boxes & the guy looked at me and said they were for customers, really because they have a shortage......I am a customer!!!!!

Mona, the manager at the S. Eastern location does her best to drive customers away.



I called to ask if they carried a specific product, asking the sales person to describe it to me so I could recognize it as the item I needed. I was told by Mona, in a confrontational and hostile manner, that: "if I wanted to know what it looked like, I could come in and look at it."



She lost me as a customer right then. The owner's really need to know how this particular individual treats their customers, especially when one can shop across the street for the same items.
