Dr. James V Meli, DO

First, I was charged a co-pay for a physical when I should not have been charged. Second, the receptionist (Asian woman with long hair and deep voice) wouldn't take my card because she was on her "lunch break", granted I arrived 42 minutes before my appointment. When she finally came off of her lunch break at my appointment time, I asked her if I needed to update anything and she told me that she had over the phone; come to find out she hadn't and they couldn't find my chart, which resulted in waiting another half hour or so. I didn't see Dr. Meli until over an hour after my appointment time (I had been there over 2 hours already) and when he came in he was gross with food stains and grudge all on his pants and shirt. His idea of doing a physical was listening to my breathing, blood pressure, and ordering test; he didn't look at my throat, nose, eyes, ears, or anything; with him being so filthy, I didn't want him to either. WTF?!
