This place was really really good! Cozy atmosphere, despite being a "stand in line" type place. The pizza was excellent, and I LOVED the bocce balls. The marinara is obviously made with fresh tomatoes and was addicting. We will be back....!

Overall
Needs a lot of work

Hopefully, the owners will get their act together quickly and work out the kinks in this franchise before they go belly up. I ate at Venti for the first time Valentines Day with my wife and another couple. Since you dont sit down and order at this place, you must stand in line to place your order and then sit down, this proved to be archaic and too long of a process, I waited in line for 30 minutes as the one cashier took orders, poured wine for people who thought they were at a wine tasting convention, ran tickets to the kitchen and generally showed no sense of urgency to wait on the other 10 people standing in line. So after I paid for my meal and drinks we sat down and waited to taste this wonderful food. The salad I ordered was wrong, the soup I ordered was wrong and cold, There wasnt enough salad dressing on the salad so we ordered more, but they brought out the wrong salad dressing. I never received my entree of Penne Pomodoro, and I went to the window of the kitchen to inquire about my order was routinely ignored by the entire staff of 8 people. I finally had to grab a waitress cleaning off a table to tell her I never received my entree, she asked me if I wanted it to go, and I said yes, they had wasted enough of my time. She then brought out my to go order and asked if I wanted a free dessert for my trouble, I said yes and then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for her to bring out the free dessert. I became angry and disgusted and left, while my wife and our friend stayed to collect the free canneloni. An older woman, probably the owner walked around, handed out free samples to people aging in line to order, but generally, cared less about the diners, nor did she ask how everything was going. There was a big write up in our local paper about the owner and how they traveled all the way to Italy to learn how to make the dishes and keep everything authentic Itlalian. What they should have done was to take some classes in customer services and how to efficiently run a restaraunt before they opened this place. I cannot recommend it to anyone, even though the pizza we tried was good and the filled breadsticks were awsome, I'm not standing in line for 45 minutes to order and then wait another 30 minutes for someone to bring me out the wrong order, and if you want a second drink after you have already paid, dont even ask me how they handle that scenario, it was the most ineffecient system I have ever seen. I will not be going back.
