General Info

Alaskan Spruce Cabins were newly built in 2005 and first open for guest in 2006. I Doug Stephan began visiting Alaska in 1980 and 14 yaers ago I decided to build my log home and settle into the life of Alaska. I have 4 children and 9 grandchildren who live in between Michigan and Florida. Now recently I was blessed with a few of them moving to Alaska and now help with making your time here in Alaska a memorable one. After a few years I decided to add 3 cabins for nightly lodging for those who want the joy of being close to the the park but yet away from the cahos it can bring. I have made each cabin as efficent and comfortable for the traveler as I can. A nice small cabin with full kitchen,private bath,satellite tv,2 queen beds,table for 2 and a view that will amaze you. I take very much pride in my work and only want my guest experiences to be memorable. We are a family run business and my grandchildren enjoy helping as well. You will only experience friendly service that will make you feel at home. A relaxed check in,hassel free, friendly enjoyable staff. Our cabins are 1 of very few that actually open the entire month of May as season is May 15 thru September 15. We also are open through the end of September which allows for the Road lottery winners a place to stay for their trip into the Denali National Park. We are committed to making sure our guest enjoy their stay with us and in Alaska as well. Happy to help in anyway we can. Proud to say we go the extra mile for all our guest. We are located approx. 0.5 miles from Park's Hwy near the Tri Valley Community Center. Healy Spur Rd to Healy School Rd to Carbon Way and left on Copper Place.

Our ammenties include full kitchen with complimentary coffee,creamer.sugar. Also all untinsels are provided,satellite tv, private bath,free WiFi,out door grilling station, a stunning view of the Alaskan Range Mountains. Peace and quiet with friendly staff.
