This guys (SAM) made things right! At first I must admit we did have a misunderstanding regarding a VIPER alarm system I wanted that he didn’t have in stock but at the end of the day he came through...As soonest he had the Alarm system in stock Three weeks later, he took the time to call me and ask how was a JL AMP and Sprks Subs he has sold me a week ago i told him it was great! and he also followed regarding the Alarm and advised me that he had the VIPER alarm Model I wanted and if i was still interested I cold come and get it install for the price it had previously been on sale for ....Install was very clean and everything was working great I highly recommend there installation Dep. Also for the inconvenience he gave me an extra feature on my alarm. Sam was very professional about everything. I do the something similar for leaving in a larger scale BAY ALARM COMPANY and I know when there’s good installs & Customer service and STREET BEAT Got it... Thank you
