Castro Valley Taxi

Called a cab for 2pm. At 2pm they weren't there. Called she had no one available. Finally some one called at 2:35pm and said 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and still no one. Called someone and they said they had to get gas. Missed my event in Oakland. Cancelled cab at least three times, they finally showed up and wouldn't leave after I told them to to go away. They even bugged my landlord. They didn't get no means no. Called me on the phone again. This time I didn't answer. Next time I'll call Uber.

I lost my keys at the late show, in a movie theater, and the ushers said no one had turned them in (yet) but that I should call the next day.

I was stranded and it was well after midnight, so all my friends were already in bed for work the next morning.
not even "yellow cab" would come to get me! now days I guess most taxi services aren't open 24/7 but Castro Valley Taxi rescued me! they were very prompt, arrived within minutes!!!

the driver was very professional, yet friendly and made me feel safe. he even waited for me to get into my vehicle and start the engine, to ensure my safety!

best customer service in the area!!!
they're the ONLY taxi I'll ever use from now on. I've saved their number in my phone contacts. hopefully, next time I don't lose my phone...
