Windridge Apartments

I've been at Windridge for several years, and I LOVE the manager. She's always been friendly, helpful, and quick at processing work orders. She does, however, expect tenants to act like adults, so college kid party crap is not tolerated. Be respectful of your neighbors and obey city noise ordinances and drug laws, and you'll be fine. If you want to smoke out your apartment and have your friends over for a late-night rager, look elsewhere.

As far as the apartments themselves go, there are nicer apartments, but the rent is one of the cheapest options in town with it being walking distance to campus. Some could use an update, but they are renovating apartments as tenants move out, and they are kept up well. Maintenance is great at responding quickly to whatever issue you may have. I also like the fact that this complex has never felt unsafe. Several law enforcement officers live and regularly park their marked vehicles here, which has likely deterred crime.

Why would the owner employ someone like that manager? All my friends that lived there hated how they were treated. The apartment is quite small and the walls too thin (you can hear everything from your neighbors, and they can hear everything from you as well). But the manager can make everything worse. I will never be there again and will never advice anyone to live under such a bad management.
