Men's Wearhouse

The folks at Men's Wearhouse are the best. They really came through for me. While on the road and a long way from home, I realized I had left my full tux at home... and 1 1/2 hours before I was supposed to arrive to a function fully dressed in my tuxedo. I called the Hattiesburg Men's Wearhouse in a panic. Not only did they have my size, but they altered it on the spot. Having already left for the day, the seamstress even came back into the store to do this for me! For a very reasonable price I now own a beautiful tux which fits better than my previous one. And they did this all with a smile. I appreciate this store and highly recommend it.

I personally requested a fitted tux for my groom. I expressed, in strong detail, my wish for the tux to fit well in order to accentuate his physique. Instead the tux was too big in all areas. The crotch hung low and the jacket hid his entire frame. We pick the tux up 2 days before the wedding so were pretty much stuck with it (Thursday afternoon pick up, I didn't see it till that Friday). Men's Warehouse stated that we should of brought it back so they could order another... That close to the wedding!? As if weddings aren't stressful enough. ........What a wonderful site my groom made with his MC Hammer Pants and Bathrobe Jacket on. I am so glad (sarcastically said) Men's Warehouse had something laying around we could rent for only 200 bucks. We would have done one better just buying a suit at the local department store.

Now for my Ushers. Neither of their tuxes fit. Thankful that they were able to switch pieces. Then on top of all this one of my ushers were charged a late fee of $20 for turning it in Monday. We all turned the suits in Monday! Why Monday? Well we didn't even know they were open on Sunday. It would have been nice if they would have made sure it was known. And Why only 1 out of 3 with the late charge? You tell me. and Why 3 out of 3 tuxes that don't fit? 100% Fail.

We spent over $1000. On suit purchases, and tux rentals for our daughters wedding this past weekend. We returned the tuxes today, Monday. We were unaware that the tuxes were supposed to be returned on Sunday. We were charged a late fee of $20 per tux! We didn't even realize they were open on Sundays. Needless we will be using another company for our sons wedding in a few months!
