KC Moving Express LLC

I used KC Movers to move my furniture to a new house. They did an amazing job!! They took great care with all my furniture and making sure not to scuff or dent walls in either house. They were quick and very reasonably priced. I will recommend KC Movers to all my friends and family and will use them again if I ever need movers in the future.

I used this outfit in April, 2014 and could not have been happier. Showed up on time and had a very courteous group. Had my 3 bedroom/2 bath house loaded up in 2 hours and unloaded at the new house in 2 hours. Would use them again.

Horrible Experience with them! They sent 4 men and 2 trucks and charged by the hour. The men spent a lot of time talking and fooling around wasting time. They didn't even bring a dolly and moved small boxes one by one. chipped a wall, broke a door in our new home. They spent a long time assembling my child's bunk bed and the nuts were so loose, it was dangerous to let her sleep on it without us having to tighten everything up. Do not recommend!

I called 3 weeks in advance to set up my move. The day before moving I called 6 times, all calls went to a full voicemail. Finally, I got him on the phone. He had no record of my appointment. after crawfishing, he did agree to move me on the day we had discussed. His crew finally showed up at 4 p.m. in rented trucks. They got right to work. After 10 minutes, Kenny, the owner, called them & told them to unload what was loaded. The rented trucks had to be returned. He was coming with a company truck. His crew complied. After another 1/2 hour, Kenny shows up & yelling starts between him & his crew. He fired one guy right there. After hearing them argue for 15 more minutes it gets quiet. I go out to find they have left without saying a word to me. The guy he fired was sitting on the curb of my apartment complex. I'm not just giving them a bad review. I am telling you the owner is crooked & dishonest. I feel sorry for the guys that have to work for him.

My family has used KC Moving Express on several occasions. I have always been thoroughly satisfied. Yesterday his crew arrived a little ahead of schedule. They were very efficient and conscientious. They handled our furniture in a very professional manner. His entire crew was very polite and when we made some slight changes they accommodated our request. They actually completed our move a couple of hours ahead of schedule and the price was more than reasonable. I will definitely use them the next time I have a need for professional movers.

This is the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. First i called them to give me an estimate and they showed up a day late. I then found a company that was cheaper so the owner of company called cursing me for not calling him back. I have been in business for 20 years and have never been talked to the way this company handles business. Just wanted others to be aware how unprofessional this company was.

Great Company! They moved us from MS to GA and handled our belonging with care. Very competitive on pricing and great people. I would highly recommend this company.
