L & R Associates Inc

for those of you guys having to purchase parts from l and r associates, do not use jen goudsward. she is so rude. i have dealt with her two times. she will just try to over talk you even if she does not know what part to correctly get you. i do no know if she has woman johnson syndrome, but she needs to tone it down. your supervisor needs to reprimand you for the way you speak to people. i am not going to be purchasing any more products from this company because of the way that she spoke with and handled some parts orders which i was going to place. she is really not a good representative for this company. she should be wrote up. joseph rizzo
