Irvine's Alignment Service

My truck was slightly pulling to the right; I took it to Irvine’s Wheel Alignment in Harbor City, Ca. After the alignment the mechanic told me that the TOE on the truck was a little off and didn’t need to be aligned. He then told me that he thinks the tires needed to be rotated; I told him that I had all the tires rotated 2 weeks ago. He suggested that I have the 2 front tires rotated. I LEFT THE SHOP WITH MY TRUCK STILL PULLING TO THE RIGHT; I am going to take my truck to America’s Tires where I purchased the tires to have the 2 front tires rotated again.

Bottom Line; I was charged $78.50 to be told that I needed to rotate my tires!

I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS SHOP AGAIN!

Looking back on this experience, I can’t figure out why they didn’t rotate the 2 front tires themselves. After all I just paid $75.50.
