great haircut in and out fast

A little over a year ago I had my hair done by a woman who completely ruined it. I had been growin it out and wanted to style it in an edgy way, I asked for a trim in the front and for it to go up into a bob. I told her I wanted the shortest part at my shoulders. She proceeds to chop it off at my chin then asks the manager to show her how to do a bob. There are some good stylists there. But what bugged me is the woman asked how to do a bob and instead of saying they'll take over, or asking my if I was alright playing a test doll, she just tells her and the walks away. I paid for it and left but called back and was told Me they could get it patched up. I understand some people are better but you don't allow someone to just massacre someone's hair.

Been looking for two years for a great stylist.....found her @ Great Clips in Hannibal, MO ~ Jessica Lavery! She did exactly what I wanted and gave me very helpful advise to get my hair healthy again! Highly recommend her for your next cut!
