Sharks Fish & Chicken

Went to drive thru today lady who was working didn't help us right away, not even a one moment please. Then we had to go to window to try and get the total only to see the lady not have on her headset, on the phone and helping someone inside. Then to be told she couldn't hear us! She was rude, and should deal with one customer at a time.

The cashier is rude!!!! I called to ask what time they closed and the gentleman said 11:40 so i replied basically 12 right he says no 11:40 so i say whats the difference and hung up. This ignorant young man had the nerve to call my phone back and say no 12 and call me out of my name . Every time my family and i visit the store the man is very rude!!! He needs to be fired. Very bad business. Other than the customer service the food was great but i refuse to spend my money at this sharks

Went there tonight spaghetti spoiled chicken wings so tiny I ordered 30 wings all fit in a small foil pan called ahead they said it came with fries left noticed no fries called n girls said she thought they did n to come back came back owner said no they don't argued with me even thou the girl said yes she said it came with fries it was her fault horrible place never go there again rather go to JJ's in Munster
