Mortgage Master Inc

I have only purchased one home in my life so I do not have a benchmark on which to create a relative assessment of this mortgage broker. Knowing that this would be a difficult process, I did have some very basic expectation that I believe should be shared across any company I contract services with. Mortgage Master fell wildly short of those expectations. Mortgage Master was disorganized, losing documents I had sent them on multiple different occasions, they were cryptic with their communications resulting in significant amounts of questions to confirm my next actions, and all of this was followed by their snippy emails because of my questions. I did secure my loan in the end but it was not without what must have been way more stress than was necessary. Mortgage brokers are collecting a fee for providing a convenience service, there was nothing convenient about Mortgage Master. I would highly recommend investigating other organizations to contract services with.
