I brought my Dodge Cummins in there for diagnostic service on a Friday morning on Monday afternoon they called and told me there was nothing they can do because they can't access the trucks computer. Seems like a shop as big as they are that claim to be one of the best diesel shops around would have the tools necessary to do the job but evidently not.

The folks at Jeffreys are amazing. And so fast and proficient. Everyone is always so friendly. I was just standing in the lobby waiting for my husband and was asked about seven times if I needed some help. Danny is also wonderful intelligent and helpful. I thought I'd be dropping my car off for a day or two and he told me to sit down. It would done in an hour. Amazing! Thanks guys!!

Got my spark plugs done last week before a road trip over the weekend. My car ran great and I noticed a slight increase in gas mileage over the 800 miles to Arkansas and back.
Today I received a text from the GM Andy asking how my car ran this weekend. I was pleased to inform him, my 08 Acura TSX got 32.6 average at an average of 72 mph. (That's fantastic for that year make and model)
Jefferys has earned my business in the future.

I had them work on a catalytic converter and they were brilliant. They were very patient and helpful. If I ever need repairs or know someone that does, I go here.

Jeffery's is a bunch of scam artist!!! They lie to your face and not fix the problem. I went in to have a routine oil change and the messed up my wheel and scraped my front bumper and now they car dosnt drive right! I would go anywhere else. Jefferys is the Worst!!!

For years and years I have trusted them to handle my automobile issues. I was never anything but pleased with their honest dealings with me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any auto issues. Anytime I hear that someone is looking for a place to take their car I tell them to go there.

I have taken my business vehicles as well as my wife's cars that haul our 3 children for several years. My business vehicles have averaged 75k miles per year and being I travel all through Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana car troubles are not an option. My wife averages 25k miles a year all around the metroplex - and being I am gone a lot we are dependant on someone we can trust. The staff is great and it say's a lot the same guys have been working on our cars for years. It really has not cost much but the peace of mind is priceless.



I was really impressed a couple weeks ago when I saw one of the guys take an elderly woman home while her car was getting repaired. Let's see someone from one of the big national chains do that! I was actually inspired to provide better service to my customers by that simple act.



The Jefffrey's are not just our car guys - we call them friends as well.

A while back, I had an old T-Bird and it needed some radiator attention and I wasn't looking forward to dealing with it. I've known the Jeffrey family for some time and wanted to check out their shop to see if they could help. I was extremely pleased that the owner himself offered to help (most shops have owners who live in Cabo or Hawaii - not Jeffrey's!!).



They were able to repair the radiator without having to get a new one which is what I feared. What I loved is they offered multiple options and gave me the pros/cons of both. I felt they were extremely honest. I chose the less expensive option b/c I needed that at the time but they made it clear to me what consequences I might experience. Fortunately the radiator continued to perform well until I sold the car not too long ago.



The guys up front like Tony and Danny are great. Everyone from the owner (Morton Jeffrey), Tony, Danny, and all the guys who've ever worked on any of my automobiles have been nothing but professional, helpful and above board which is something I can't say about all radiator and repair shops. It's nice to know there are family-owned businesses still operating today like Jeffrey's on 377 in Watauga!
