        Never has shopping carts, the lines for the cashiers is always long.

        Where is the manager, do they have one. Your specials every week if you don't get there early by 1 PM there are all gone. Last week the corn special I got there at 2:45 PM gone. I like Winn Dixie but your service is sending me to Publix or Bravo.
