Pupukea Service

I've been taking my 1993 Ford to Mike and his crew for the last 7 years. I've always been able to drop my truck off for service anytime... and, the problem was always fixed. As far as customer service....well, at least the car's fixed! To some, getting the problem taken cared of is more important than receiving a fake salutation... get real. I don't go there for BS...... in....out..... thank you very much.

I would not recomend this company to anyone, I tried to get a saftey check done and I had the worst costomer service experience I've ever had before. I know mechanics don't have the funnest job in the world but they (Mike, and his crew) could at least pretend like the costomer is doing them a favor by using their sevices. They were some of the rudest people I've talked to and would highly recommend using Dawamata Bros. Limited up on the North Shore in Haleiwa over them any day.
