Haddon Hills Apartments

The location is great; the rent they ask, for the area, is also great. But the apartments themselves, and the complex, isn't great. Maintenance is slow in filling requests, if they ever come out at all (we've been waiting three months and have called six times about getting our doorbell fixed). The inside of a lot of the apartments is very old, with gaps in the window frames and doorframes. The upstairs units get REALLY warm, even with the AC running full-blast. The units are tiny. And those rumors about the roaches? Yep, they're true. We've had them since the day we moved in, and they're BIG. They provide free extermination, but all it does is cause the roaches to run to a different apartment for a few weeks (our downstairs neighbor gets exterminated; we get roaches. We get exterminated; our neighbor across the hall gets roaches). We're considering giving our sixty days notice before our lease is up, and going somewhere else. I don't reccomend living here; the bad outweighs the good.
