Skyworth Electronics

We have found Skyworth to be very responsive to issue with their TV. Long after the 1 year warranty had run out, they were willing to fix our TV for $55. Were can you get anyone to service anything for $55? We found that they just did not replace a component, but instead, they replace the entire main board. That is going far above regular service. Cindy at Skyworth was always very cordial and easy to work with. Great people and a great product.

the tv was not working it had problems.sent my tv to get fixed under warranty .i had to pay shipping and laber.the tv got fixed but i did not get my stand back.when i called the guy he said it was in the box and i said it was not.he said he could sell me one and i said why should i have to buy one when it should have been sent back with the tv that was fixed.now they want $25.00 more out of me for a stand.todo all over again i would not buy a skyworth tv i would buy one of the other brands.so not happy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
