I called them on a Tuesday about a gas line job. My information was taken down and I was told the office manager would call me. No call. On Thursday I followed up. They verified my information and I was told I would receive a call by the end of the day. That was a week ago and I've not heard from them.

I guess business must be good when you can afford to blow off new customers.
