In their show room they display a "Service Award" received in '09. Their service must have only gone downhill from that point. They dont have one for '10, '11 or '12 and chances are they will not get one in 2013. They made promises in writing to fix issues with a brand new car "pre purchase" that have not been followed through with 4 1/2 months later. They basically want me to sue them to get what they promised me. After spending that much money on a vehicle I would expect better service but after you sign on the line you might as well never go back for service. They have done nothing to resolve the orginal issue and even created more by crashing my car into something while it was in their care. Do not trust the sales manager, even if you get things in writing he will not stick to them. Stay away from this business they will be closed soon anyways if they stay on the same track.

The guys at Gulf Coast Mitsubishi are great. They are very friendly and treated me and my son and my brother like family the whole time. I bought a used car from them at the Auto Expo last weekend and the wait for Keesler Credit Union was very long because there were so many dealers there. My salesperson sat there with us the whole time we waited and even entertained my son with his iphone. I did not see any other car dealers doing that. Then when my payments came out higher than promised b/c the credit union was trying to add extra insurance I was slightly upset and they dropped the price of the car to below trade in value to get my payments to where they needed to be to honor thier promise to me and it was not like some other dealers where you have to fight with them over the price I just told them what I wanted and they gave it to me. I also loved that worked together as a team and everyone of them helped with my car sale at some point. I felt like family when I left.

Contracts mean nothing to them! They even have you sign a paper that says you must go through arbitration on YOUR dime if you are unhappy. Before I purchased my 09 Lancer, it noticed a number of scratches and chips and pointed them out. And these werent tiny little scratches, I?m not very picky. They assure me they would have them all fixed but I would have to bring the car back later. I insisted that we get it in writing and after much debate where they tired as hard as possible to weasel their way out of it, they agreed (after I said we get it in writing or I walk) and they wrote it in the W.I.O (which is a contract stating that there is a problem prior to purchase and it?s guaranteed to be fixed). When I brought it in it came back out with every scratch still there! Long story short, they call me a liar, say they wont fixed it and that they aren?t going to do anything for me. Again, there?s arbitration (on my dime), I?d end up spending more money than it would take to fix myself.

This was by far the worst dealership Ive ever been to. It's filled with the biggest cheats and scoundrels you'll ever find, even for a dealership.I painstakingly worked out a deal that although I knew was still overpriced; I was willing to deal with. Clearly stated my terms and agreed on a set total. We sat down and I read over the entire contract, reviewing each and every charge and having him explain them. In the end the grand total of everything including taxes and fees matched what we had agreed on. Prior to signing the contract he sent me out of the room to have my card charged the down payment. They then detoured me to the waiting area again, stating that the finance manager was busy with another customer. When I returned I signed the contract and left. It wasnt until I got home after work that I noticed that the total charge had changed and gone up $3000! Had to get a base lawyer to sort it out and ended up losing over $1000 in the end
