        We have been in business as Elite Appliance since 2010. Catrina and Brian Sultzer are the owners. Catrina does the office work an Brian is the technician. We are a small business serving our community to the best of our abilities. The business name used to be Mike's Appliance. I worked with Mike Russell when he owned Mike's Appliance and I also worked with Terry Eskew when he owned Mike's Appliance.

        These guys are nice however needed them to return and could not get an answer or a call back. Will try another company.

        I woke up with my refrigerator making a horrible roaring sound. I looked on the internet to find somebody to come help. I noticed Elite had a couple of good reviews, so I called. They had a man in Grove so he got to my house before noon, figured out what was needed and even swept out behind my refrigerator for me. We put a fan behind the refrig to take the place of the faulty fan and in a couple of days the part came in and he was back to replace it. I was very happy with the service and I will definitely call Elite again if I have a problem.

        Friendly Service, Knowledgeable! Works on all appliances, washers, dryers, ice machines, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, ranges, trash compactors, window ac/heat units. Sealed system repairs.
