Long Meadow Landings

Its a great place. It has a lot of room and a great place for kids but.........There are some flaws example the neighbors are kinda loud so if you want to move here move to the 3rd floor and you won't here as much noise then.

I lived in Long Meado less than a year and it was absolutely horrible; hence why I broke my lease. I lived in the new building...don't let that fool you they cut corners everywhere I should have know the first week I moved in the window, door, and sink all broke. Then I get all these ridiculous complaints against me, which results in noticed from the office telling me not to do that again. The complaints were completely bogus and when I addressed the absent minded office staff I got an oh well that's what we were told and we are getting several complaints. On top of that many of the other tenants have no concept of respect. This place acts more as a hotel then a residence. People sit on their balconies and party, fight, and drink sometimes for hours to the point the cops have to come and when the office staff is notified their solution is to continue to call the police..but yet policy states they should be fined and eventually kicked out..well it happened more than three times. Do not ever move to this dump. You will be moving out as quickly as you move in.

I would stay away from Long Meadow Landings if you enjoy sleeping and a quiet place to live. The complex seems to always be noisy with the people in the parking lot at 2 am or the conversations happening next door. Living in the newer buildings you would think you wouldn't hear as much. You will also receive constant notices about something someone complained about, the same person who woke you up the night before because they were watching a movie on surround sound or their dog was barking.

This place should be condemed!! I absolutely hate living here! I wish I could have seen the apartment before signing the lease. I checked out the pics on the net(false advertising) the kitchen looks nothing like they advertised. Wheres my darn microwave, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops? The place is literally falling apart with lots of mold! As mentioned in the other reviews there is NO hot H20! The bedrooms are tiny and my floor is unlevel (almost put myself in the hospital from twisting my ankles and falling)! There is always some type of disturbance and the cops are around all the time! The laundry room is dirty and disgusting! You name it, it probably has happened! I cant wait to move out! I HATE THIS PLACE!!! Did I mention that already? lol Oh yeah, the girls in the office are complete idiots!

TINY bedrooms/bathroom/kitchen/.....NO HOT WATER EVER!!! 24 hour maintence means ill be there tomarrow.. my apartment is falling apart!! the lady in the office says theyll see what they can do.. all of the maintence guys give you attitudes and go into your apartment without calling you or knocking.. they walk right in like they live there. the parking is horrible either there is way too many people in your parking lot, or they are partys going on in the parking lot and they stand in front of the open spaces. there always working on the parking lots and make you park in other parking lots so you have to walk 1/2 mile to your house.. it smells bad in the hallways. banging/loud music/cops everyday all day! i hate this place and unfortunetly stuck here for another 5 months.



PS if you have nice furniture.. dont think about it.. the celings leak from upstairs.. the paint starts to chip down on your stuff, and have fun actually getting your furniture in from the small doorways.. i had to return all my stuff and get everything SMALL!!!

We just moved in over a week ago and already the place is falling apart! Manangement is horrible! What a dump! I had a maintenance emergency and the girl in the office wrote up a request and I have yet to see maintenance at my door (it has been 24 hours) I know that they are trying to fix the place up but they need to do better. Im disappointed that I signed a years lease and I am stuck here ..... Oh yeah, if you want hot water dont count on it - the hot h20 heater is smaller than my 6 yr old! Please dont waste your time checking the place out pay the extra money to move somewhere nicer.....
