        My husband and I frequent Boston Market but will never visit this location again. The service is very poor. The manager was wearing what looked like a shower cap. We waited in line for 15 minutes with 3 people behind us. No one said anything to the customers. Instead of preparing plates, the young lady started refilling every food container and many were half full. A customer who already had her food, came to the counter and asked for a refill of soup. The girl(employee) went to the back and refilled the soup and served her. We were all still waiting. I asked why have we been waiting for 15 and why would you serve someone who has already eaten. The manager with the shower cap on said with an attitude, "Look, it's Saturday and we serve our customers who are already here first..." I replied, "But we have been standing here waiting for 15 minutes". The customer with the soup said "We waited a long time too and we just want a refill." Instead of serving the food, she continued to fill up all of the food. BUT, the only customers on the restaurant were the 2 girls who got a refill on the soup. We felt like we were inconveniencing the employees after we patiently waited for 15 minutes. My husband and I left this Boston Market never to return.
