‘TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I had my nails done on thurs and fri they were chipping and peeling off😡 Shellac should last 3 weeks. 🤔
I went back in sun to have repaired and was told they are very busy and there were many people ahead of me! No one said I am sorry only they were busy! I am as well and I have no time to “redo “ either. I asked for refund and was told I can only get polish service refunded. 25.00? I felt like I was in the wrong. Really? Couldn’t give me credit on my card only a check?? Seems shady since they can take my card?
Entire experience was upsetting and staff didn’t care. Once they get your $$ they don’t care that you are the one inconvenienced!
Don’t deserve our hard earned $$.
I will never go to a place that treats customer this way! Products they use are inferior since I have never had this issue with any other salon.

If I could rate lower than one star I would. I have come to this location a handful of times and have been upset quite a few of them, but my last visit was by far the worst experience. I asked for a polish change on my toes and my tech did it in 4 minutes and forgot to put my sandals on before, so she did after and smudged my nails then proceeded to unprofessionally swear twice. I asked her to fix it because it was bulging and she tried to convince me it looked funny because of my color selection. When I complained again, she fixed it by just adding more and more polish. This was by far my worst nail experience out of any salon I have been to. However, on a positive note, I have been to their 9 and Mack location countless times and have been pleased every time. The nail techs at the new Village location are not up to par.

I have been going to aj nails since it open last year in grosse pointe park absolutely love it the staff is friendly I always ask for Annie she does a wonderful job she doesn't rush takes her time with you and they have so many colors to choose from bathroom is always clean
