I actually had a very pleasant experince at the Depot Crossing. I read the other persons review on here and kind of felt very put off by it. First off, I have eaten alot lot of restaurants, let me tell you if the owner or manager comes out and adjust your bill your pretty luck. I thought it was very nice of them to try to correct whatever issues they have and trust every restaurant has issues. But enough of this issue. My dinner was very good I had this red snapper in a paper wrap or something, it was the best thing I had eaten in a long time, My husband wished he had ordered it.. Our server seemed to be new but it was okay.. we all have to start somewhere, We cut her some slack and she turned out to be very pleasant.. Hey even the owner/chef came out to chat with us.. I kind of liked that, he not only came to our table but went to ever diner in the place.. I think that's great.. I plan to go back as often as I can.. Oh and the train that goes by "it's loud"

Not a good first time dining experience in this establishment

We arrived to dine at 6:40pm on a Wednesday evening. We had 3 in our party and were seated right away. The restaurant was not busy. Our waitress arrived within 5 minutes to take our drink order. She came back in 5 minutes with our drinks but forgot 1 drink. She then took our orders. 10 minutes passed and she came back and told us they were out of one of our entrees. We asked for a menu so we could pick something else. We waited 10 more minutes and finally went to hostess and got a menu. Waitress returned to let us know they had "found one more" of the entree we originally ordered. We asked where did they find output feeling a bit leary picked another entree. By now it had been 25 minutes since we ordered our salads & still had not got them. Ended up with salad dressing 40 minutes after ordered, one entree arrived burnt. Asked for manager. Manager apologized for new help, made adjustment to bill for burnt entree. Will not go back!!
