20 20 Eye Care

I had a scheduled appointment to visit 20/20 Eye Care in Grenada, MS while on vacation (the last week of April).

When I arrived at my appointment, the staff was not organized. I waited in the waiting area for nearly an hour and 1/2, because they were overbooked.

I requested that my glasses be mailed to me and made sure they had the correct mailing address. Staff told me it would take approximately two weeks to get my glasses. No glasses arrived.

I continued to call their office in an effect to reach someone, often times, leaving a voice message and having to wait two days for a return call. When staff returned my call, I was told that my glasses had been shipped to the WRONG address and that they would redo my glasses.

Nearly a week went by, and no one bothered to contact me on the status of my glasses. I made several calls (only to get their voice mail).

When someone finally returned my call, on Friday, May 12, 2023 (with an apology), I was told my glasses were NEVER mailed out, they were found in the office. (With no sense of urgency), I was told they would mail them out to me, on Monday, May 15, 2023.

It will be a few days short of a month and still no glasses. Hopefully, this time, they were actually mailed out of their office. For the record, no one offered me anything for my inconvenience.

This has not a pleasant experience for me, so I will not be recommending their services to anyone. This is not how professionals get things done. Do better!

One last thing, please educate your staff on referring to their customers as "HON". It could be viewed as a condescending term to some people.

Do not use this facility unless you want to over pay for your eye exam. Not only was the exam over priced, the staff could not even help me pick out the appropriate frames to fit my face. They never even took measurements of my face or anything. I took my prescription elsewhere to be filled, and I suggest that you do the same.
