Upstate Dog Training and Pet Resort

I have taken my dogs to Upstate Dog Training for the past 12 years; 5 of those years they were there everyday for day care while I worked. They were excited to go and even more excited when around Jill, Jeff, and Crystal. They still get excited to see these folks when out in the community. My dogs have always had the best care in this facility regardless of the situation. One day my lab started vomiting blood about 15 minutes before I arrived to pick her up for the day. Jill took appropriate care of her and went with me to the Emergency Clinic so I would not be alone. She even paid part of the bill because I did not have enough money. Not because I asked her, she voluntarily just handed it to the clerk, but because she is a loving, caring person. The family has always been supportive; even helping train one or two tasks in preparatiion for Canine Good Citizen training at no charge to me. The kennel is always clean and so were my dogs; the staff supportive and friendly. I have always gotten good advice and my dogs have recieved the best care. We have all been very happy at Upstate Dog Training.

We had a HORRIBLE experience at this facility. The owner, Jill, does not have any concern for her customer's experience and both of our dogs were VERY sick after their stay at the facility. We had to take one of them directly to the Vet when we picked her up. She has yet to apologize for our experience and we had to contact them to request resolution.
