The older lady that works here is very rude to customers. Should of listened to friends when they said don't go here. Take your business else where.

Worst place ever... I took 2 hankies in to be monogrammed and they sewed it on the wrong side and one was 1/4" off center than the other one...worse yet their explanation was I did not specify what side to put it on... really... when there is a front and a back with a hem ... what do you think... then it was well it was the laser that did it off center....they told me to come back and they would give me my money back... so I drove from Simpsonville back to Greer only to get half my money back....they could not refund the extra I paid to have it done over night because they had it finished on time... worst job ever... manager was unfriendly and glared at me the entire time I was explaining... the cashier should have been the manager... at least she was apologetic....never ever again...worst place ever...
