They don't keep appointments. Their customer service reps are rude. Don't use this company!! They always have an excuse for everything.

They schedule appointments without telling you and just show up at your residence. They tell you a technician is on their way and will be there soon, and an hour later there is no one there. DO NOT recommend this company...please save yourself the stress and find someone else!

I refuse to use Zoom because they can't keep an appointment. First, they only give 'between 8 and 4' as the appointment. Then, after waiting 6 hours they call to say they're not coming (this happened twice). Find a different service!
