I can't say anything good about Whalen's service department in regards to our visit. Whalen scheduled a recall repair without the part in stock or even available, what a waste of our time. Also we were charged 2 diagnostic fees for simple observation on the problems. We were never informed of their rates. Call it a hidden charge. Be warned stay away.

Whalen has absolutely given top notch service with every encounter I have ever had. Some dealerships are snotty and uninterested in helping you unless they see dollar signs. Whalen is the complete opposite. Sales, service, parts and the body shop is so polite and knowledgeable.
