Yellow Cab Co Of Greenville

I called the Yellow Cab of Greenville and pre scheduled a pick-up for 8:30 a.m. I've always heard bad stories about cab companies, but this cab company showed up EXACTLY when I asked them to. The driver was a very friendly person, and he even asked me for my opinion on how we should take the route to my destination. I'm assuming it was so I wouldn't think he was taking me the long way and could over charge. Thank you Yellow Cab of Greenville for your reliable service!

He taxi is over 35 minutes late and I am probably going to miss my taxi. The person on the phone when I called was not friendly either.

New to the area, I use cabs a lot. I'm not what the other guys problems were but they pick me up 10-15 minutes after I call. Sometimes its hard to get one that fast on Fri and Sat nights but the drivers and receptionist always apologize for the wait. The cars and drivers are fine with me, you want bad service try NYC! At least here the drivers will actually speak English and not be on the cell phone nonstop. Overall good service.

Stay far far away from this company unless you have a 2 hour window to be where you need to be.



I called 1 1/2 hours ahead to schedule a cab at 9:30. At 9:25, I received a call from the driver asking directions to my home, and he stated he was just leaving from the White Horse Rd area, which is about 16 miles from my location, and he would be here in 45 minutes.



I called the dispatcher back to complain, and they just don't give a damn if they make you late. I will NEVER call this half-baked company again.



BEWARE !!!

I ordered a taxi from the extended stay on pelham. Dispatch said it would be 15 minutes. It took the taxi over an hour to arrive I missed my flight and sat at the airport for 5 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
