Horrible, horrible customer service!!!! Please do not use this place. They are degrading (or try to be), completely unprofessional and take full advantage of the fact that the people who used their service probably were in a tough spot and had no choice.

Leo, is an awful man that does not have an ounce of professionalism. I simply asked for an invoice or a copy of the original terms of the loan and was told NO! What reputable business does that? I do not agree with what they are telling me I owe and simply want it in writing but was told NO? Really??? They come to my house with weekly letters but give you know amount due. TRUST me they are SCUM!!!!

I have to tell anyone looking for a loan to AVOID this company. I have never been talked down to or treated the way most of the employees of RMC treat their customers. THIS COMPANY IS IN MUCH NEED OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!! Try Credit Central, Citifinancial or Wells Fargo, but avoid this people at all costs. Good Luck!
