It was definitely one of the MOST unprofessional, rude, and ignorant experiences I think I've ever had. I have been involved in real estate for many many years and have never met a group of more arrogant unprofessional and unknowledgeable people. Mr. Billy Howell never returned any phone calls and only called when he needed something. He had no idea what he was doing nor did the other guy that took down loan application information. I'm talking basics!!!! I can't speak as to the owner b/c he's been in business many years, but he sure does have some complete buffoons working in his office. I would never recommend any of my friends or associates go to this office for a loan in a million years.!
