Management sucks! Give everybody a ham for Christmas EXCEPT the part time guy! Tacky, tacky, tacky....no respect for the hard work and crap he takes from the juvenile management.

Renters Beware



This place is grade A horrible. Shotty paint jobs where they just slapped the brush on then walked away. You can see globs of pants just dripping down the wall and left that way. Crappy patch work where previous renters used nails because they just paint over them...thats it. HUGE roaches that come out in the warm weather and if you're on the first floor well...good luck because they put on cheap weatherstrips and even then with the cheap window screens (windows only open at the bottom..) they roaches just crawl right in that way too. And of course they put bushes and crap against your window so the bugs have an easy way in. They charge you for pest control but never spray? I talked to people who have renewed their lease here before..they NEVER spray which is why they have such a horrible infestation of roaches and bees (who are by your doors nonstop and have hives outside of the mail areas and the clubhouse) and fleas. Yes, fleas. Don't bring your furry friend here, the grasses out front where you actually walk your pets are infested with fleas. My pet had to go to a professional and i had to waste so much money de-fleaing my apt just because she went out in the grass by the parking lot and instantly had a party on her body with these little things. If you have any problems with other tennants or really anything you're pretty much told Deal With It. But with a smile :). They're better places to live. Don't rent here. Drug dealers everywhere, Drunk people outside screaming at 3am. Just please take my warning and never rent here. This place needs some serious work done to it before they rent to people again or a major price reduction cause almost 800 to live here? Pass.
