        They are the best hard money lender I have dealt with. Very straightforward and nice people and they close the hard money loans fast. I have often waited 20-40 days and missed several deals due to slow hard lenders or hard money brokers that most are. They are very professional and offer good rates and I am overall very pleased with them.
