The owner came out with a helper within an 2 hours on a weekend. I was extremely impressed with the quality of craftsmanship for the cost on a weekend. I highly recommend them. Im not sure what the one review means by saying they're rude. The man on the phone was my saving grace while I was in the middle of panicking about the flood in my parking lot. Not only did it get fixed they also patched the area. Looks better than the original if you ask me. Thank you Harlow Plumbing Services and helper

Very rude and disrespectful - He clearly is not customer oriented - take your business somewhere else - there are many plumbers in the upstate who are not arrogant and will treat you with respect.
