European Autoworks

The work done by European Autoworks seems to be good, however, not having the use of your vehicle for a month and a half puts a big damper into anyone’s plans for transportation. Over the forty days that my car was in their shop I never received a phone call from them updating me on the progress unless I called and asked them a question about it first. Four of the times I called and asked about the progress I was told that fixing my car was stalled due to the “key” worker for that particular job being out sick. I also gave them a limit of how much I wanted to spend, $1000, but when I picked up the car I was hit with just over a $1700 bill. To add insult to injury when they finally finished with my car I stood at the counter for over 30 minutes while my bill was being totaled, even paying wasn’t quick and painless.
