I had the same experience as Cindy. Not only was the message uncalled for but was very condescending and rude. God forbid a customer tries to get different quotes on a service. Do I always go with the cheapest? No. Is it irresponsible to just pick a name off the internet for a new service? NO! Out of pure disrespect to potential customers I would NEVER use this provider. Shameful business tactics.

I called this company and got voicemail. I was directed to press 2 if I was calling to find out about pricing. There I was told that if I was calling around to find the cheapest deal, I should call someone else. So I did...and marked this guy off my list.
