They got me hooked up with a great first time buyers program to not only purchase the car that I wanted, but to start working on my credit as well. Very helpful friendly people to work with. I recommend and will be back in the future.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A USED FREESTYLE FROM BALDWIN AUTOMOTIVE AND GOT A GREAT DEAL. NOT LONG AFTER I BOUGHT IT I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY VEHICLE. THE SERVICE MANGER JOHN JR. WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, THE WARRANTY I PURCHASED WITH MY VEHICLE COVERED MY PROBLEMS, AND I ONLY HAD TO PAY MY $100 DEDUCTIBLE. THEY EVEN GAVE ME MY FIRST SERVICE FOR FREE. I have bought three vehicles from Baldwin Automotive in the last several years. All with a warranty included in the price. I brought one back several times with an issue and they were more than willing to stand behind their cars.

I will use them in the future!

Bought a car from them last Feb. day after we had it the piece kept cutting off so called them & they said it was no longer their problem! got that fixed then a month later a evap broke so fixed that then had to replace the battery, not to mention it was burning oil the day we bought it but they had filled it up so we didn't know this til about a week or so having it. a year after having it we tried to trade it in on something better but couldn't bc it wasn't worth what we owed, bc it was overpriced then the driver side window messed up, when we took it apart the coil that goes down into the plastic was broke & also realized they had hot glued the speaker & taped that plastic piece. not even a year and a half of owning this car the motor blew & it was verified by 2 mechanics that we actually had bought a lemon so now we will let it go back and our credit will be ruined bc of these con artist. Please do not go there, u will regret it not to mention having to deal with these loud mouths!!!! And I could verify all that I have written is true!!

I took my sedan in for routine service and what do you know, the technicians at Baldwin Automotive were able to do preventative maintenance on my car and save me thousands of dollars for repairs in the future. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!
