        Overall

        DO NOT USE this service! I scheduled an appointment for my father 1 week in advance, called to confirm up to and including the day of the appointment. No one showed up!!!! When I called, no explanation and another operator (who said he was a supervisor) hung up on me. EXTREMELY unprofessional!
