Royal Carpet Carpet

I won a gift certificate for 3 rooms and a hallway $150 value at a fund raiser for a little girl with Cancer. Expiration date is 5/30/2016. Called today to set up service and the owners wife let me know that they would not honor the gift certificate because they would never offer a certificate at a value of $150.00. Didn't offer anything in place of the certificate. Luckily my money went to a good cause but will never use their service nor recommend.
