This has some very rude people working there. Especially last Friday (04/11/08) around 10:08am. My son called me in order to inform his boss that he had ran out of gas and that he was not able to meet him at the previous location. She allowed my son to use the phone but when i called back to relay the message she stated I don't give messages although this was considered an emergency situation. She could have cared less and she hung up on me then i called back and she picked the phone up and hung up again. I called back again she had a man at the store answer the phone and say that i had the wrong number. (total lie) So i called back again and she was very rude and ignorant. She stated that she shouldn't have let my son use the phone in the first place and that it was a big mistake. I sure hope that this matter is dealt with promptly because this could cause your company to lose a lot business with rude people such as this working for you. Please let me know how this matter was or is being handled. (pthawk@bellsouth.net) Right now i rate your customer service as very poor.
