        Overall

        I've been to a lot of Penske shops. By far the worst at this location. Mechanics take their sweet time even acknowledging you. Then there's Christian at the fuel pumps. He'll fuel the truck but forget fluids being checked or windows being cleaned. He's too busy chatting with other drivers.
