I went to my first visit, and was told that they could not perform a routine test during my first visit. The doctor told me I needed to take some eye drops for a week and come back to retake the test.

I went back a week later and a test was administered, but instead of the routine test they gave me a specialty test that was not included in my original exam and charged me a specialist co-pay.

Be careful if they ask you to come back. Ask how much first.
