        I have always enjoyed shopping...

        I have always enjoyed shopping at the JC Penney store in the Four Seasons mall but my most recent experiences are even better. The customer service that Inge, a sales associate in housewares and holiday merchandise, provides is over the top of "above and beyond" what is expected. She is always pleasant and obviously enjoys her job and makes everyone feel so important. I feel she should be acknowledged by the management team as an exceptional team member.

        Great Experience Every Time!

        I love shopping here. Even when it is a busy time with lots of shoppers, customers get personalized attention at their clothes departments. And, their merchandise returns is an easy process too. Very professional staff! Impressive!

        Pleasure to spend money !!!

        Went into the bedding and furniture department, sales person was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Even though it was late in the day my wife and I were treated like we were the first customers, nothing was too much trouble and every question was answered. Decided to look at curtains, what we got was exceptional service from yet another member of staff. This store will be our first stop in the future.
