I left this doctor's office to switch when I was 20 weeks pregnant, that is how bad it was. At every turn they failed me. I have waited up to 45 minutes to be called back by the nurse and then waited another 20 minutes before I got to see the doctor. I was never asked if I wanted to pick a primary physician. It took them about 2 1/2 months before they finally sent me my letter stating how much my insurance would pay and how much I would owe. My blood work and results were rarely ever explained to me. The ladies in the office were not helpful and you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. A lady called me back a week after I left a message. After I left it took them forever to get my records transfered and I had to continually call back to request things they left out. I am a first time mom and I was terrified and distraught at the lack of care I was given. I would never recommend this office to anyone I cared about!

I have been a patient for the last 5 years and really have had a great experience. I feel comfortable with and genuinely like all the doctors in the practice. I have even been through a miscarriage with them by my side. They have delt with me professionally and emotionally and I would not have wanted to be anywhere else! Now I am expecting my first child and that is one less worry b/c I know my doctors there will take great care of me and my family!

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Dillard who offered me quality care and an alternative to being afraid to ask questions. I've gone from not understanding what was going on with my body to feeling more carefree because I know that there is a reason for the changes happening with my body. I feel if I keep my appointments and follow "dr's orders" all will be managed well. This is a relief and a blessing.

This company left a message on my family's answering machine about a treatment I was having that I didn't tell anyone about. If you want your personal information to remain private, I recommend selecting a different practice.
