Nick's Little Engine Shop

We've been waiting over 5 weeks for our weed wacker to be serviced! When we call we are told nothing, they continually promise to get back in touch with us, and we still haven't heard anything. I cannot believe how long the shop takes to do a repair. I'm beginning to wonder if they lost our Weedwhacker, I would not recommend the shop to anybody!

Nicks shop has serviced our lawn equipment for nearly the past twenty years. Their work (done at an incredibly fair price) is the best we've ever experienced. They keep my old 1985 8HP Briggs-powered Montgomery Wards snowblower running like a top.

Very poor service, I gave them 3 snow blowers to service (Mine, My Father and Step Fathers) back in Oct to get a jump on this winter season. My step fathers had problems right of the start and wouldn't stay running. He called and they picked it up and got his fixed. Now March 1 and was the first good snow storm that I could use mine and my father could use his. Mine won’t shut off and I had to pull the plug to get it to stop. I never had anything wrong with it before other then sitting in the summer, and I get it service each year. My fathers had the starter replace in Oct and guess what it won’t start. Called them today and they will only cover before 30 days. So they would like me to pay for a pick up and service again. They are already three for three so I'll take money somewhere else.
